Mr. Bingley organizes a dance at Netherfield, as promised to the Bennet sisters. Its transport towards Jane's visible, so that the local company gives their marriage for sure. Mr. Darcy, however, is convinced that Jane is not really in love with the friend. Also note the proverbial frivolity of Catherine and Lydia, and failure to maintain due to the attitude of Mr Bennet. Therefore, he is convinced that the best thing is to Bingley to leave Netherfield soon.
