Cathrine After three years of engagement and marry Edgar Linton, and Heathcliff returns after having accumulated enormous wealth. Paying the gambling debts of Hindley, noting Wuthering Heights; senz'amare wife Isabella Linton, Edgar's sister. His cruelty to Isabella and Hareton, the son of Hindley Earnshaw, knows no bounds.
Catherine falls ill and dies of pain during delivery of a baby girl, called by its same name but known to distinguish it from his mother Cathy. Before dying, however, Catherine and Heathcliff they finally declare their love is infinite and eternal.
